Private Trusts - Creating the paperwork 3 sessions.

LIMITED PLACES on three consecutive Sundays starting July 12th, 19th and 26th respectively. This will be a step by step process for creating the paperwork for a Private Trust using Equity and the Constitution Regulations. The trust you create may be used to transfer title deeds, secure property etc or could be listed within Ingarani Maori Inc (still special and private, just has a powerful trustee) should you so desire.

EnT tradition of pay for one, attend many still applies. Those who attended last years workshop may attend this one free. Includes a years worth of accumulated knowledge since last year. PDF handouts will be included to help your process moving forward. If you follow the process through to the end producing the paperwork as you go you will create a trust that can be seen where it needs to be and can't be touched.
