Counter Claim Notices
Counter Claims under common law (Gods Law)
Imperial Laws Application Act 1988 (Section 5) the common laws or England applies.
A counter claim can be issued once you have taken yourself out of administration and should be used anytime you have been:
-
Received an infringment notice
-
forced into a District Court under statute or you have been wrongly arrested
-
coerced into signing any bail bond document,
-
detained or held unlawfully against your will,
-
experienced a home invasion without the correct paperwork,
-
had personal property removed, damaged, inspected or held without your consent,
-
placed under duress and coerced into signing police or court documents against your will
-
coerced into giving blood or a DNA sample
