Counter Claims when you are protected by The Constitution Regulations 1995, 2000, 2005. 
Over the coming months claims made by Crown Corporations against Beneficiaries and Shareholders under the Constitution Regulations will come to an end.  You can request help and support with any counter claim from a Crown or Private Corporation attempting to contract with you.
